2026 Development Squad members

After an intensive national selection process, the Distinction and Creativity Agency is proud to officially announce the names of the exceptional students selected to join the 2026 Development Squad!
These outstanding individuals were chosen based on a set of rigorous criteria, including analytical and critical thinking, debating potential, articulation & English fluency, performance across two competitive selection rounds, and a final interview stage assessing argument-building and communication skills.

Halfway through their training, these students will undergo further assessment to evaluate their skills development.

We proudly welcome the students who have officially secured their place on the squad.

The DCA is honored to have these rising stars represent Syria’s future in debate, and we can’t wait to see them train, grow, and evolve into powerful voices on the international stage.
